Back-office order for small firms

Back-office software for small firms

ITLine builds custom back-office software for practices and service firms of a few people. One screen shows who comes when, what came of it and what is invoiced. Your invoicing tool stays.

The situation

The calendar is on a phone, invoicing is on a website, and who asked for what is in a notebook.

Nothing is broken on its own. Together, though, nobody can see what happened last week.

On video

  • One screen in one minuteHow the phone calendar, the invoicing site and the notebook become one screen, and why your invoicing program stays. Narrated in Hungarian, with Hungarian on-screen text.

This branch exists separately because whoever is looking for it walks away at the sight of the word "ERP", and rightly so. It is not the same job.

What you get

One screen: who comes when, what came of it, what is invoiced and what is left.

Your invoicing tool stays. The new screen feeds it data and does not replace it.

You pay only for what you need today. You can extend it later.

Cases

Healthcare practicereached the quotation stage

Appointment, treatment history, invoicing: in three separate places. The designed interface brought them onto one screen, in the practice’s own vocabulary. The quotation was completed, with a working clickable sample.

One-person service businessreached the quotation stage

Working-time records and the settlement that goes with them, alongside the existing invoicing tool, not in its place.

Common questions

How long does back-office software for a small business take?

Less than an ERP, because there is less process: one screen, a few views. We give the timeline after the first conversation and the assessment. For one practice, a clickable prototype came with the quote.

What does it cost?

Today's price pays only for what you need today. The quote is for a fixed scope: What it costs.

Can we keep our current invoicing tool?

Yes. Invoicing can stay where it is; the back-office screen is built next to it and feeds it data. It replaces the calendar and the notebook, not what already works.

Where will my clients’ data be?

A fair first question. Where the system runs and who can access it, we decide with you at the assessment; the GDPR details are set in the contract. With health data this also shapes the design.

And if the company outgrows it?

You can extend it later, and you do not pay for that in advance. When orders, stock and resellers arrive, the ERP route follows: Custom ERP.

What is not in it

We do not build a CRM, marketing automation or a reporting module in here, because you did not ask for one. If you need it later, it can be added, but today’s price should not be paying for it.
